1 on 1 Personal Training
Are you looking for a 1 on 1 bespoke training plan tailored specifically to fit your needs and goals?
Whether it's to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a race or simply improve your mental health, Charlie is here to motivate and guide you towards your goal with a specific plan. Over a 12 week period we'll use the Optimum Performance Training Model which is a planned, periodised and systematic programme.
Over this time, we will aim to improve all of your physical abilities including flexibility, muscular and aerobic endurance, core stabilisation, balance, muscular strength, coordination & power.
As your coach, Charlie will aim to:
Help you stay on track and accountable towards your goals
Help you understand the benefits of fitness, health and exercise
Advise you on the importance of nutrition, sleep and hydration
Teach you to exercise with good form, in a way that is safe and effective
Be a constant point of contact, support and motivation throughout the training period
Provide a fun, enjoyable and engaging session every time we meet!
Pricing
In person PT sessions take place in a location that suits you in the Godalming area. If you enjoy an outdoor session, we can meet in a local park!
