Hi! I’m Charlie and a warm welcome to SWC. I know first hand that the journey to motherhood and beyond is tough. That's why I created this local community to help support you and enable you to thrive.

New parenthood often made me feel overwhelmed and in need of real connection. For that reason, SWC is designed to be your one-stop shop for support, connection and movement during this exciting (and sometimes crazy) time.

What’s included in my membership?

Fitness classes with flexible booking!

Depending on which membership you choose, you’ll have the option to join weekly in person strength and sculpt classes, a weekly live Zoom class and unlimited on demand sessions. Our Sling Fit class is a space for you and your little one to feel welcome, safe and confident in your return to exercise whilst at the same time providing you with an opportunity to make new friends. Our classes are also prenatal friendly so you are welcome to join with bump in tow!

All classes focus on rebuilding and restoring strength and cardiovascular fitness with a particular focus on deep core connection and pelvic floor engagement. Whether you’re pregnant or recovering from birth, Charlie, as a mum and a pre & post natal exercise specialist will help you feel strong and prepared!

The best part? Life can be unpredictable (especially with a small person to look after) so we’ve made sure our classes are flexible and accessible so you can book right up to 30 minutes before and cancel up to two hours before with no penalty.

The Empower Pregnancy and Postnatal Plans

You’ll have access to an online structured exercise and educational plan designed by experts to help you stay fit and healthy during pregnancy and into the postnatal period. From the comfort of your home, you will mirror Charlie’s exact stage of pregnancy and postpartum journey so she will be with you every step of the way! You’ll also have anytime access to the On Demand Library of over 400+ classes including Strength Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, Barre and Boxing and more!

In addition to the safe and tailored workouts, you can press play on talks from sleep coaches, first aid experts, lactation consultants and pelvic health physiotherapists. You will also get trusted advice in the form of a downloadable 40 page e-book (including chapters such as nutritional advice, exercise modifications, infant sleep advice and pelvic health information).

Lastly, you’ll have the chance to book a 1:1 free consultation call with Charlie to learn more about your bespoke movement journey.

Join our private Facebook and WhatsApp groups to find your tribe and make lasting friendships. Here you can dip into various community chats monitored by experts to get helpful information such as sleep advice and weaning recipes.

As a member, you’ll have priority booking to our monthly meet ups and workshops - such as wine tastings, paint and pottery workshops, cooking courses and expert talks. We also get together for weekly coffee meet ups after most of our classes and hikes, giving you more time to mingle and get to know one another whilst the little ones make new friends!

Enjoy weekly guided hikes in the beautiful Surrey Hills and dive into a library of over 50+ (and growing!) tried and tested hiking routes on the Komoot App for you to complete in your own time.

Walking played a huge role in Charlie’s postpartum recovery. After moving to Surrey from London in September 2024 and not knowing many people, hiking gave her the chance to explore the beautiful surrounding area and meet new people!

Pregnancy and postpartum can be overwhelming and daunting to say the least. That’s why we’ve brought in some of the best experts in their field to support us and give advice. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! If you were not particularly active before pregnancy, this is a perfect time to start gradually (providing you've had the all clear from your healthcare professional). There's no time like the present and now would be a perfect time to begin your journey to a stronger you!

  • Yes! There's no 'correct' time to start other than whenever you feel ready! You'll have a 14-day introductory trial so you can decide if this programme is right for you!

  • Providing proper attention has been paid to health and safety and exercises are adapted accordingly, there have been no identifiable risks associated with exercise during pregnancy. Naturally, you may be nervous to begin an exercise programme, however together we will learn to overcome these barriers and move forward in a positive and safe way!

  • Absolutely! You might just need a little extra time to recover, so do make sure you’ve been given the all clear to exercise from your healthcare professional and don’t forget to check out our educational video on β€˜Caring for your wound’. Any questions, feel free to get in touch with Charlie

  • We’d recommend having a selection of weights from light, medium to heavy, along with a yoga block, pilates ball and resistance band. The beauty about at home workouts is that we can get creative, so don’t panic if you don’t have the right equipment!

  • Yes! If you want to β€˜try before you buy’ there is an introductory trial which is great to get an idea of how it all works. You will automatically be enrolled into a monthly membership if the trial is not cancelled before the end of the 14-day period.

  • The classes range from 10-45 minutes with no one class being too long. We realise that time is of the essence so the classes are short and sweet so you can get in, get out, and get on with your day!

  • Absolutely! If you're not quite ready to commit, you can come along for a drop in session. Hope to see you on the mat!

  • Head over to your widget (make sure you’re logged in) to pause, change or cancel your membership. We’ll be sad to see you go, but understand if this programme isn’t right for you! Please contact Charlie if you're having issues.
