1:1 Personal Training

Are you looking for a 1:1 bespoke training plan tailored specifically to fit your needs and goals?

Whether it's to train throughout pregnancy or postpartum, gain muscle, train for a race, lose weight or simply improve your mental health, I am here to motivate and guide you towards your goal with a bespoke and specific plan. Over a 12 week period we'll use the Optimum Performance Training Model which is a planned, periodised and systematic programme.

Over this time, we will aim to improve all of your physical abilities including flexibility, muscular and aerobic endurance, core stabilisation, balance, muscular strength, coordination & power as well as confidence!

As your coach, I will aim to:

  • Help you stay on track and accountable towards your goals

  • Help you understand the benefits of fitness, health and exercise

  • Advise you on the importance of nutrition, sleep and hydration

  • Teach you to exercise with good form in a way that is safe and effective

  • Be a constant point of contact, support and motivation throughout the training period

  • Provide a fun, enjoyable and engaging session every time we meet!
